I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience offering compassionate, grounded and client centered care through private tele-health sessions. My work blends clinical expertise with a warm, accepting and genuine style, creating a supportive, safe, and nonjudgemental space for validation and change. I will work with you to identify and prioritize your desired outcomes. My communication style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I want you to feel safe, respected and truly heard. I strive to bring a calm, steady presence to each session, and I listen.
Our first session will be a gentle starting point-a chance for us to get to know each other and be sure you feel like we will be a good fit. You will be encouraged to share at your own pace. I will certainly ask some questions and will welcome you to do the same. We will review logistics and set a preliminary plan.
I believe therapy should be collaborative and empowering. I was drawn to social work because it offered both heart and purpose.Each experience has shaped my understanding of what it. means to show up with presence, empathy, and clinical skills. I have always been especially attuned to the emotional lives of women.
