As a Licensed Counselor, my passion is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can share your heart without fear of judgment. I’m here to walk alongside you emotionally, spiritually, and practically on your healing journey. For six years, I have dedicated my work to supporting women and teenage girls facing life-controlling issues and the many challenges life can bring. My areas of focus include helping those who struggle with depression, anxiety, and the lasting effects of past abuse. I also work with women dealing with grief & loss, relational issues, and life transitions.
