About
We are whole people: body, mind, heart, and soul with strengths that have helped us get through tremendous challenges in life. At some point we all hit a challenge that brings us down and at times even leads to a great unraveling of ourself. My team and I enjoy assisting in the creation of awareness through being present with you as a whole person. Present to your strengths and your challenges. Present to your process of reshaping and recapturing who you are and where you want to go.
My team and I have a variety of experience ranging from residential and intensive outpatient services for families with at risk children and youth to school and office based services for children through adults. All of our providers are trauma informed and utilize evidence based practices to promote the clarity and courage needed to move toward wholeness.
