I have over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, with a career that began working with youth in the juvenile justice system—an area I continue to be passionate about today. In addition to my work in correctional settings, I have provided counseling in outpatient programs and school-based environments. I am committed to creating a supportive, structured space where individuals can build insight, develop coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.
I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and person-centered treatment modalities to help clients work through their problems. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being honest and understood. I offer individual, family, couples, and group counseling.
