I help people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My approach includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I teach Mindfulness to increase the ability to tolerate emotional pain and decrease suffering. I also teach relaxation, self care and self compassion.
