I have years of experience working with individuals from all backgrounds that struggle with adjusting and behavioral issues, as well as assisting to help cope with a variety of challenges: trauma (single incident-childhood-sexual/physical/emotional abuse), stress, depression, anxiety, transitions, improving self-esteem, and relationships with self/others.
