I have over 20 years of experience supporting and helping people struggling with a variety of concerns including such things like trauma/PTSD, domestic violence/sexual assault, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, coping skills, life transitions, self-esteem, chronic stress, and abuse.
I have an integrated approach to counseling and use various interventions that will be tailored to you, including cognitive process therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness/meditation. I also have had specialized training in adult and childhood trauma, as a TFCBT and CPT provider, and yoga for mental health.
