I specialize in EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, which is a powerful and often dramatically effective therapeutic approach which can facilitate recovery from the devastating effects of post traumatic stress disorder, trauma, and anxiety. I also integrate other trauma treatments using parts work from IFS, DBT, and Somatic Therapy.
While we cannot change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches we will unearth and change long-standing behaviors and negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling life.
