My orientation is integrative — merging traditional and holistic modalities of treatment. In addition to traditional talk therapy services, I offer Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy and EMDR. I view them to be one of the most effective and advanced tools a trained clinician can utilize to get at the source of habitual patterns suppressed in the subconscious mind.
