You find yourself at a crossroads, frustrated by the present state of things but unsure of the future. The challenge of daily stressors impacting your ability to concentrate, causing irritability, and lowered patience has brought you to this point of no return. You're resilient, but tired of having to go at it alone and are ready for better tools, guidance, and an advocate to help you along the way. Things have to change, but you need help with prioritizing yourself, setting healthy boundaries, and finding a healthy balance. The most challenging step is the first one, and you’ve taken it just by looking for the help you need.
My lived experience as a wife and mother entering midlife informs my work with clients who are looking for ways to manage life’s transitional phases. Working from an approach rooted in both Feminist Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, together we’ll identify your goals and outline the next steps.
Looking for a therapist is a huge first step in recognizing that no one has to face life’s challenges alone. Be proud of yourself for taking this first step. Through our sessions, together we will identify your goals and build your skills to help you achieve the balance you seek in all areas of your life.
