Aloha, I'm Kim Medeiros and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am based in Honolulu, Hawai'i, and work with clients throughout the state of Hawai'i via telehealth. I have spent 6 years working in the field and have helped adults of all ages find healing and freedom through therapy. I have a history of providing therapy to adults of all ages. I specialize in addiction, anxiety, stress, grief, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. Although I specialize in these areas, I also welcome patients who may be experiencing other issues as well.
Since the needs of people are different, I want to be sure I am providing you with a personalized approach that will best fit your needs. Using an eclectic approach to therapy helps me to do just that.
Making the decision to come into therapy can be a difficult one and some may not know what to expect. My calm, gentle, approach helps to put clients at ease. My ability to listen without judgment or criticism opens the door for clients to share without hesitation. Creating a safe space for my clients is a priority for me.
