My therapeutic approach depends on the individual or the couples needs. After a thorough assessment, I will then establish a treatment plan designed to meet my clients needs. My individualized treatment plans are based on 20 years of experience and constructed with input from my client. We will work together to identify; understand and resolve difficulties which undermine daily functioning and well being.
My services include brief and long term psychotherapy. I specialize in marital and couples relationships. I also, specialize in the area of anxiety disorders, Panic attacks, phobias, and general anxiety.
