I have over 15 years of experience working with couples and individuals on matters such as pre-marital counseling, relationship issues, divorce, anxiety, and depression.
I utilize strategic family therapy, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, faith based and mindfulness approaches in working with individuals and couples.
