About
I want to thank you for considering to see me for counseling. Seeking professional help is not always an easy decision. I view counseling as a team process whereby the counselor and the client work together to develop a safe, trustworthy, nonjudgmental environment. This environment allows the client to freely explore life’s situation, confront any challenges and develop ways to better manage life.
I work from a person-centered approach, but I’m also well-versed in other therapeutic techniques. I have experience working with First Responders, trauma, grief, suicide, mandated clients, LGBTQ community, substance use, anxiety, depression, and life adjustments. I offer evening and weekend appointments.
I believe you the client know yourself better than anyone else. My role as your counselor is to help you explore your world so you the client can have a more peaceful, meaningful life.
