My clients typically present with ADHD, anxiety, and/or depression, but I see clients with a wide range of symptoms encountered at all stages of life. My clients often come to me looking for hope and to learn skills to deal with the stresses of life. I take a positive and practical approach to problems, providing support and guidance to help my clients navigate challenging life circumstances. Together we will determine what you want to work on and come up with a plan to get you started on your journey towards feeling better.

I have been working in the field for 16 years. My method of treatment combines various theoretical models, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology, with growth and solution-focused ideas.
