I offer a Christian focus to counseling for those who desire this. I am committed to providing a safe environment where clients can experience the freedom to explore their own beliefs and make their own choices regarding life and relationships. Every client, couple, or family brings their own perspective(s), and I look forward to getting to know each individual or system.
I am committed to helping each person discover their unique path to healing and freedom. I have specialized training in the treatment of trauma, attachment, and relationship wounds and their impact. This includes EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Action Methods, & traditional talk therapy along with an Internal Family Systems informed approach.
I value each client and their commitment to healing. I have worked in the mental health field since 1992, and I also have experienced my own healing journey.
