Do you ever feel like your mind is constantly running, leaving you overstimulated, tired, or questioning yourself? Maybe you struggle with sensory overload, people pleasing, or the pressure to fit in while hiding parts of who you are. As a late diagnosed neurodivergent (Autistic-ADHD) therapist, a first generation Mexican American, and a queer cis woman, I understand the importance of feeling seen and supported. Living as a neurodivergent adult in a world that isn’t built for your brain can feel exhausting, but you don’t have to do it alone.

I provide eclectic, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming care for Autistic and ADHD adults and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, self esteem, and relationships. My background in hospitals, residential and emergency centers, immigration work, and EMDR training, inform my inclusive approach.
