As a Licensed Professional Counselor and former special educator, it has been my privilege to facilitate learning and healing with youth and their families through utilizing a combination of individual, family, and group therapy services. I have also focused on the unique population known as transition-aged youth as well as providing direct support to adults experiencing the distinct pressures of being the parent/guardian or caregiver of a youth with severe disabilities.
I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with a wide range of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder in both general education settings and at non-public level five schools.
I offer warmth and support to my clients as we build a safe environment where they can explore, take risks, and grow to their fullest potential. My application of evidence-based practices will not feel cold or clinical, as I am approachable, collaborative, and invested. I look forward to working with you along your journey!
