Hello! I do have immediate openings for women looking for therapy focusing on trauma, depression and anxiety via telehealth. I provide a relational approach that focuses on establishing a secure and trusting relationship as the foundation for healing. My goal is to build genuine connection with clients to support their goals. I do work with teens if they have availability during the day.
I have a certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies from the JRI Boston Trauma Center and focus on an attachment driven perspective that explores how past relationships and established beliefs impact current functioning. I primarily use a mixture of CBT, ARC, solution-focused therapy and EMDR.
I believe the relationship between the therapist and client is the most important part of the healing process and unconditional positive regard is the foundation for a safe space for treatment. Please reach out with any questions!
