Announcement icon I'm still accepting new clients and offering HIPAA compliant phone/video sessions for clients who are distancing or quarantined. Contact me.
Feeling/thinking that your coping skills no longer serve you, alone, out of control, helpless, hopeless, having trouble in your relationship, etc? I’d love to provide support to you, your family, you & your partner, or your child along the way while you work in concert to find the root of the “problem” that is manifesting itself in the symptoms that you're experiencing. I'm, to the utmost, passionate about helping people. I foster a safe environment that's entirely non-judgmental where you can feel free to express yourself. I truly believe that a healthy counseling relationship is instrumental in promoting growth and happiness.
While serving in the U.S. Army, I became certified as a Master Resiliency Trainer (MRT). I have formal training and experience in evident-based, science-based interventions that include: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Trauma/Crisis, Military Culture and Families, Attachment-based Therapy, and many more.
Please feel free and encouraged to make the first step towards healing by working with a caring and empathetic therapist. Allow me to work with you as you make effort in order to arrive at your goal(s).
