It is my honor to assist people with finding their identity, and their voice. I enjoy helping individual and family units discover the barriers that keep them stuck in unhappy patterns. I have experience working with healing trauma, helping lessen the effects on anxiety and depression.
I am an EMDR/ Internal Family Systems therapist. I use many tools to address and combat the effects of internal belief systems that worsen anxiety, depression and daily stress.
