I believe each client has the ability to create the changes they wish and to meet the goals in which they set forth. My goal as a professional counselor is to be a facilitator of such. I will strive to create sessions that are warm, open, authentic, and are non-judgmental partnerships. Each client will have unique and tailored to them services.
While I have extra training in suicidal ideation, eating disorders, and ADHD, I am qualified to help with many other struggles such as anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, etc.
I will do my best to provide a place that feels safe and discuss topics on your terms. Everyone moves at a different pace and that will be honored at all times.
