My therapeutic style is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which means we’ll explore how early life experiences may still be shaping your present relationships and patterns.
I hold a B.A in Psychology with a minor in Family Relations, which fueled my passion in understanding human development, relational dynamics and systems that influence who we become.
Originally from the Bay Area, I made Reno my home a few years ago. When not in session, you can find me with my American Bully enjoying nature, exploring new food, or collecting vinyl records as I love music.
