I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, grief, substance use, and life transitions. Many are caregivers or older adults coping with aging, disability, or loss. Others are first responders managing critical incident stress, burnout, or family strain. My focus is providing compassionate, evidence-based support to reduce symptoms, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and restore hope so clients feel calmer, stronger, and more in control.
I help adults, seniors, caregivers, and first responders manage anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, grief, substance use, and life transitions. Using CBT, CPT, and trauma-informed care, I provide compassionate, practical support to build resilience and restore balance.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) in WA, also licensed for telehealth in ID. With 20+ years’ experience in mental health, geriatric care, substance use, and law enforcement, I’m vetted to work with first responders through the WA Assoc. of Sheriffs & Police Chiefs.
