I have over six years of experience working in the Mental Health/Substance Abuse field including individuals with a criminal justice background. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children as young as six years old. I have experience working with clients with Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, Anger Management, Substance Abuse, and Stress Management. I enjoy working with adults, the LGBTQAI+ community, as well as individuals from diverse populations/backgrounds, and adolescents.
I believe everyone is unique and therefore I utilize a variety of modalities/techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and Person-Centered Therapy. I focus on developing goals, healthy coping skills, and many other techniques so that each client can achieve the most out of therapy.
My goal is to make sure each client feels understood and comfortable in the therapeutic relationship. I take time to relate to each client and their specific needs. I create customized treatment based on client's needs.
