I have been a licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have experience and training in working with both adults and children over 10. Bilingual in Spanish, I offer help for anxiety, depression, unraveling past traumas, chronic illness, parenting issues, anger management, grief and life transitions.
I use somatic therapies that help you to become aware of your thoughts as well as you embodied emotions. This is essential to change because we have complex interactions between body and mind. Using mindfulness and self compassion, you can achieve a conscious relationship with your body and your thoughts that can help you achieve your individual goals.
