At Opulence Mind Counseling and Consulting LLC, I believe people can change. As a licensed clinical professional counselor, I define my role as helping individuals or groups of people identify the loose puzzle pieces of their personal narrative that is causing very challenging and complicated personal issues. My name is Kimberly Lefebre. I work with clients and help them discover ways to cope with feelings of anxiousness, guilt, insecurity, shame, regret, anger, loss, and even chronic physical pain that brought about strong feelings of brokenness. Some of my clients just need that extra support in medical medication management.
No one should be expected to handle difficult times alone. I help my clients every step of the way. My practice provides services to various populations. Because of my earlier career as an educator and coach, I blend my experience, certifications, and training with helping frustrated professionals, parents and teens balance home, school, work, and family.
I believe that goal setting acts as a roadmap for anyone to follow when it comes to overcoming challenges and achieving things in life. These goals are guidelines when it comes to helping my clients make positive changes. A big part of the counseling process involves enhancing my client’s ability to cope.
