At Opulence Mind Counseling and Consulting LLC , I believe people can change. Seeking support and professional guidance is the first step. As a licensed clinical professional counselor, I define my role as helping individuals identify the loose puzzle pieces of their personal narrative that is causing very challenging and complicated issues. My clients discover ways to cope with feelings of anxiousness, guilt, insecurity, shame, regret, anger, loss, and pain that brought about brokenness. No one should be expected to handle difficult times alone. I help my clients every step of the way.
My passion is to support individuals acquiring life skills needed to deal with the silencing trauma of life events that led to suppressing, crippling and extreme feelings of overwhelmingness. My specialty is helping individuals rediscover their best qualities and inner strength that builds resilience. Learning new ways of thinking takes time.
My clients and I will work collaboratively to develop ways to successfully identify underlining issues causing distress and create a pathway that includes support and guidance to regaining the strength to live productively and enjoy life again.
