Mindful Mamma's
Every Monday at 8:30 AM: Mom's wishing to engage in light physical activity such as yoga stretch, walking or jogging along sunset cliffs while practicing some healthy mindfulness for Mammas can meet with Dr. Lauro for group activity. We will share one topic that functions as an obstacle to mindfulness at home and, with intention, explore solutions with our mindful practice together...because Mommy-ing can be hard and leave us feeling mindless. First group meets September 25, 2023.
