I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Alabama with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate and thrive during difficult times and life transitions. I inherently believe that human beings do the very best that they can, at any given time, with the knowledge, skills and resources that they have available to them at that time. I enjoy helping clients identify the positive changes they are seeking in their lives, and then working with them holistically to find everything they need to be successful in making these changes.
My therapy approach is grounded in holistic evidence-based practices, with trauma informed, and healing-centered perspectives. The therapeutic relationship is top priority, and I want my clients to always feel heard, understood, and accepted, as we work together to find the coping, and interpersonal skills they need to obtain their goals.
