Individual counseling, In office/telehealth Treatment for Anxiety/Disorders/Trauma/Depression/Stress/Adults with childhood abuse/neglect/relationship issues. The most rewarding client is seeking to grow and change. By using a creative and artistic layout for each client, therapy is tailored to meet individual needs. Clients see immediate change and improvement in their lives without long term and expensive treatment. Quality care, empirically based research, professionalism, and a counselor who is passionate about her work, are all incorporated and have shown high success rates.
The approach is for clients to learn to manage symptoms therapeutically. With a safe environment, clients gain a trust in themselves, dig deeper into root core issues, which frees them to live authentic lives. I am currently fortunate to be mentoring and supervising a team of qualified Master's level associate counselors.
I have been honored working in counseling for over twenty years and in private practice since 2002. I received my degrees from Rutgers University, BA, NJ City University, MA, Magna Cum Laude, studied at the University of Pennsylvania. Along with education, my life experiences dealing with challenges/traumas have allowed me a relatable depth of understanding.
