My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, substance use, and trauma by integrating several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and EMDR. These approaches allow us to explore patterns of thinking and behavior, build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and process difficult experiences in a supportive environment.
Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, and the idea of making meaningful change can sometimes feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported throughout the process.
I approach each session with compassion and respect, working collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths and develop practical strategies for growth. Together, we can explore new perspectives and discover pathways toward healing, resilience, and a more fulfilling future.
