My ideal clients want more than a quick fix. They are eager to transform their 'stuckness' into a deeper understanding, emotional connection, or heal old relationship wounds in real time with their partner. They readily embrace healing of body and spirit to deeply connect with themselves and heal, holistically. My clients crave connection, intimacy, and healing from the past- and they are willing to be challenged and put in the work for a renewed relationship to blossom!
As a couples therapist, I work alongside you to spotlight your strengths, uncover unmet needs, & relearn healthy connection together as our sessions unfold. It's my goal to provide warmth and safety at all times so you can heal deeply seeded emotional wounds (e.g. loss, infidelity, trauma, life transitions, etc.) and find a new, meaningful, path forward.
