I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over twenty years of experience providing therapy. Many folks I see are struggling with relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, or grief. In addition, I am experienced working with people who have a history of trauma. In my perspective, seeking therapy requires a willingness to address past or current painful experiences, and I admire those who are brave enough to take this step towards personal growth. Oftentimes, my clients find that by sharing and processing difficult life experiences, they are able to grow and make meaningful changes in their thoughts and behaviors.
I offer a safe space of non-judgmental listening and support. You are my client, and I have your best interests in mind. I help you identify your strengths and we discuss how these positive characteristics will help you grow and move forward.
When I am not working, I love spending time with my family and friends, playing tennis, and immersing myself in a good book (with my sweet cat nearby, of course!).
I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you, and I take this privilege very seriously.
