I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience helping adolescents navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. I work with teens to build emotional regulation skills, process conflict, and develop the tools they need to grow into confident, capable adults. My goal is to help each client gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and their place in the world.
My training began at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Center, where I developed a strong foundation in working with children and families facing issues such as depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and relationship difficulties. I continue to draw on that experience to guide families through complex challenges with care and expertise.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where teens feel comfortable opening up. Using a family systems approach combined with cognitive behavioral techniques, I help clients strengthen their connections—to themselves, their experiences, and the people in their lives.
