Hello and welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of clinical experience. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy and work primarily with older adolescents and adults. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, and body positivity. With over 20 years of clinical experience working with older teens and adults, I can help you explore the things that hold you back from being a better, healthier version of yourself.
My treatment philosophy is to partner with my clients in the healing process and to help them cope with past and present life stressors in a safe, empathic, non-judgmental space while fostering the transformational effects of the therapeutic relationship. I use a variety of treatment modalities to help my clients such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, etc.
My communication style is what I refer to as the 4 Cs: compassionate, considerate, conscientious, and collaborative. I provide a warm, safe, comfortable space for clients to talk openly and honestly about whatever they need to in order to help them get wherever they want to in life.
