When anxiety takes over, I help you calm racing thoughts and feel more grounded. When depression feels heavy, we focus on building energy and hope. If relationships are difficult, we work on boundaries, healing patterns, and improving communication. Sessions give you a safe space to grow toward balance, relief, and confidence.
Therapy isn’t about "fixing" you. It’s about helping you reconnect with your strength, your voice, and who you really are beneath the armor.
