Not currently accepting new clients. I have a natural rapport with sci-fi/fantasy nerds. I work with individuals struggling with life transitions, lack of self-esteem, C-PTSD, PMDD, and men's issues. I work with couples using the Gottman Method and Integrative Sex Therapy to promote better communication to help them through relationship challenges, infertility, trust issues, and sexual incongruency. I am interested in learning about all types of people with all different kinds of lifestyles. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wanting to understand yourself or your partner better, you don’t have to do it alone.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I am sex-positive. I believe in seeking joy as an antidote to depression and that nature and socialization can be deeply healing. I integrate evidence-based practices such as DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy,) SBT (Strengths Based Therapy,) The Gottman Method and trauma-informed care.
