I am so glad you are here. The decision to start therapy isn't always an easy one, and you’ve already accomplished one of the hardest parts: starting the process. I want you to know that you are not alone! I specialize in shame reduction, trauma work, and living a wholehearted and authentic life. I appreciate the positive impact of creating trust and a strong rapport with my clients combined with a cognitive approach to assist you with building a connection between thoughts and feelings in order for you to evolve into the most solid version of yourself.
My approach is rooted in CBT, IFS, DBT, and ACT. An integrative framework allows me to tailor treatment to your unique needs. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, helping clients heal, strengthen their sense of self, and navigate anxiety and depression. I help people come back to themselves!
