Looking for a compassionate and empowering space to navigate life's complexities? I'm Kimberly, a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker with diverse experience supporting adults through trauma, anxiety, depression, life changes, relationships, and stress. I specialize in helping individuals heal from the impacts of past and present traumas, including specialized support for birth trauma. My integrated background as a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional, lactation consultant, and birth doula enriches my ability to connect deeply with your unique experiences.
I believe in client autonomy. I use a variety of techniques to assist in stress reduction and long term healing. I prefer mindfulness based and somatic therapeutic intervention. These include but are not limited to therapeutic meditation, DBT, EMDR & Somatic Experiencing techniques, and talk therapy. I pride myself on working towards long term healing.
