With a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I primarily work with clients managing symptoms related to depression, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, toxic relationships, and trauma survivors. Most importantly, I provide a safe space in which clients can fully express themselves without fear of judgment. Let's embark on this journey together!
