Announcement icon I am offering telehealth and have immediate availability. If you are experiencing financial loss due to COVID-19, contact me for pricing.
I believe that each person and their story is uniquely different and therefore requires treatment that is tailored specifically to your needs. What I incorporate into my sessions is authenticity, humor, and a pragmatic approach. In therapy, we are there to meet YOUR goals and what you have come to work through. I feel that rapport is essential to the process of therapy and rapport is where therapy begins. I pull from a lot of different theories when working with clients such as CBT, DBT, attachment theory, family systems, but most of all, what is more important than a theory is being WITH my client in whatever moment they are in.
I see clients with a variety of ages and demographics ranging from ages 3 to 103, and a variety of issues. My specialties are trauma, children's mood disorders, maternal mental health, self injury, and suicidal ideation.
Counseling should be the place where you can come to process through whatever you need to without judgement. Let me come alongside you and be there with you. "Knowing that we can be loved exactly as we are gives us all the best opportunity for growing into the healthiest of people."- Mr. Rogers

Postpartum Support Group

After adding a new baby to your family, challenges such as: anxiety, depression, guilt, and loneliness can arise. Being with other moms who are experiencing the same feelings can be helpful and supportive. In a safe and supportive atmosphere, you can work through some of those challenges while learning effective coping skills and gaining the support of other moms as you adjust to this chapter in your life.
