I welcome people of all ages, races, faiths, abilities, identities, ethnicities, and orientations. I'm dedicated to holding emotional safety. I work with clients to help them achieve connection, confidence, and a calm sense of safety. Painful emotions can be buried by responses to life experiences, long or short term, many times from long ago. I aim to help set clients free from their burdens.
Most conditions that I treat- anxiety, depression, grief, & painful attachment patterns-are logical responses to external situations. I'll work with you to help you transcend the outdated wiring, bringing you to your whole, authentic self. I believe strongly in what I do, with extra training in relationships and cultural oppression.
