I have a passion for helping people get through personal emotional distress. My goal is to work with you to find a treatment plan that works for you in order to create the best recovery.
My specialized area of expertise is with past trauma, anxiety, and depression. I can help reduce and sometimes eliminate symptoms related to these areas. My most often used treatment modality is Eye Movement Desensitize and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. This therapy can help a multitude of symptoms related to trauma as well as reducing depression and phobias.
