I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (LPC, CSAC) in the state of Virginia with over 18 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and veterans in a variety of settings. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Norfolk State University and specialize in cognitive behavioral (CBT), behavior modification, client-centered, rational-emotive, family systems (FST), and brief solution-focused therapies (BSFT).
I am a strong advocate of empowering my clients to become the best versions of themselves, helping them succeed and thrive physically and mentally. I am also dedicated to instilling the importance of being part of the solution, not the problem.
