I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years experience in the Social Work field helping others and 9 years experience in the clinical field of diagnosis and treatment of mental health issues. I specialize in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for ages 12-18. This involves approximately 18 sessions with specific goals relating to the trauma. I am experienced in helping adults process trauma and develop skills to overcome the trauma. I also specialize in mood disorders of all ages. I also practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
