I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and my clinical interests include sexual health, sex therapy, grief and loss, racial trauma, single parents, young adults, and golden agers (retirees). I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals who are seeking change. I help clients return to a state of love for themselves and others. I am open to assisting clients who struggle with adjusting to life stages, depression, anxiety, sexual health, trauma, grief, and loss.
In my therapy sessions, we’ll work together to solve current problems and improve emotional regulation and insight into patterns. I will help clients “re-frame” their reactions and provide them with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I’m confident clients will find my personalized individual therapy beneficial and inspirational.
