My goal is to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and finally feel at home in who you truly are. Whether you've tried therapy before or this is your first time, something has brought you here. Maybe you've spent years masking who you really are just to get through the day. I offer somatic and expressive arts therapy, no traditional talk therapy. We work directly with your body and its signals, using art, nervous system regulation, EFT tapping, and IFS-informed imagery to access what words can't reach. No art experience needed. No pressure to perform. Just willingness to show up.
