I have experience working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most crucial factor in achieving a successful counseling experience and I will provide a safe and supportive environment where we will both learn from each other. I am confident that each unique individual has the capacity within themselves to heal, change, and grow. The great news is that by looking inward you will be in the driver’s seat of your own therapeutic journey.
I'm now available to see clients on Fridays! I have experience working with various issues including depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), addiction, borderline-personality disorder, infidelity, grief, and trauma. I work from the framework of what happened to you rather than what's wrong with you.

To keep therapy affordable I offer a sliding fee range of $120 to $150 a session. I can provide a special receipt (superbill) for clients to submit to their PPO insurance company to help with reimbursement. Most clients find that therapy is reimbursed by 50-80 percent of their out of pocket costs.
