I specialize in teaching fun tools to manage negative thoughts/feelings in order to feel more empowered and confident in life! These self awareness skills help your child to enjoy more healthy relationships with family and their peers. Your child will learn how to apply a positive growth mindset perspective that they may use the rest of their lives. I enjoy collaborating with parents and also have vast experience working with adults (and their inner child) to reach their goals too!
As a certified teacher (K-12) I understand the struggles children may face in school and ways to help students to be successful, using their strengths. I have an in-depth understanding of healthy developmental growth. With a creative, playful approach, I collaborate with the unique wisdom of each child to feel more connected with his or her strengths.
